Back to Blake? No thanks, says Amy Winehouse

(Daily Mail)

Now that she has a new man in her life, Amy Winehouse is determined to get rid of her drug addict ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

The on-off couple, who divorced last year, caused alarm among their friends and families when they were spotted together on a date in Soho a few weeks ago to celebrate Blake’s 28th birthday.

But their rekindled romance has cooled and now the 26-year-old singer wants him out of her life for good.

According to sources close to Amy, she has been receiving 30 calls a day from Blake begging her to go back to him. She is so fed up with being harassed that she has turned to her father for help.

“Blake can’t accept that Amy has finally moved on. He has been calling her through the night shouting abuse at her and threatening her,” reports a source. “Her dad, Mitch, is now looking into how to get a restraining order preventing him from getting in touch with her.”

Mitch, who has blamed Fielder-Civil for Amy’s drug problems, is said to be delighted and relieved that the couple have finally parted.

Amy is now dating 33-year-old movie director Reg Traviss who lives around the corner from her in north London.

Her father has said of the new relationship: “I’m happy she’s moving on with her life. He’s a normal bloke, very nice.”
